• Closed-circuit construction

  Special connection of internal and external steel sheets protects the panel from delamination under the sun. The leaves are connected at the top and at the bottom in 4 layers with the self-tapping screws. So the customers ordering dark-colored doors can rely on their durability.

• Protection against finger trapping

  Alutech panels comply with one of the main European safety standards: they eliminated finger trapping (in accordance with EN12604).

• Good adhesion of steel sheets and foam

  Adhesive lacquer coating (of 12 microns) ensures good adhesion of steel sheets and foam. So the design engineers have eliminated bubbling of the panel under the sun.

• Perfect anticorrosion properties

  Primer layer (of 14-16 microns) and zinc coating (of 16 microns) ensures perfect anticorrosion properties.

• Durable coating

  Polyurethane coating with integrated polyamide particles (PUR-PA) that enhance anticorrosion and protection properties of the panel allow to save attractive original appearance of the door leaf.

• Efficient thermal insulation

  Efficient thermal insulation. Thermal transmittance of Alutech doors is 1,35 W/m 2K. It is equal to that of a red brick wall 55 cm thick.
